We have been nominated as one of 3 finalists in the category of Customer Service in the Open4Business Awards. This is an annual event that is sponsored by Business Link, which aims to celebrate the achievements of local businesses in South and West Dorset. Award ceremony is on 7th October - fingers crossed!

A new addition to our customer list! They supply renewable technologies and insulation products, specialising in solar thermal heating and hot water. We started with a re-brand and recently completed their web site. Their site uses our CMS system, with separate sites for Staywarm Energy and Staywarm Insulation... have a look. We've also just finished their exhibition stands and product brochures.

Following a 4 year contract of producing the annual Holiday Guide for West Dorset District Council (WDDC), we were successful in extending our contract for another year!

Cheryl Stapleton, from WDDC, said: "West Dorset District Council’s tourism team has worked with Arnold Jones since 2004 on a wide range of print and design projects. The team have helped us to redesign most of our publications including our annual 52 page West Dorset Holiday Guide, our Exploring West Dorset leaflet, a series of four town leaflets, two cycle leaflets and also produced promotional material for our campaigns. They have successfully re-tendered for work since their first appointment in 2004 which demonstrates the high quality level of service they are able to provide. They are a valuable extension to our team."

Another project completed this month - Yarlington Housing Group annual report.

It's been our third year working on the annual report. This year they wanted to focus on 'building a community'.

Already had some great feedback: "Just a short note to say how impressive the new annual report is. It is a modern readable document , full of usable information... This is what an annual report should be. Well Done to you and your team."

Just gone live! A new web site for Shapwick School. They specialise in providing an education for children with dyslexia from the ages of 6 to 19. The site needs to be sympathetic with the dyslexic child and/or parent but without being patronising.

Recently also finished the rebrand, prospectus, livery and lots more! Julie Whatford, the marketing manager, kindly wrote these few words: "I have worked with Arnold Jones now for over two years and have always found the team very professional, and willing to go the extra mile to meet a deadline. Their design work is very progressive, and the company has helped support Shapwick’s recent rebrand by offering all services required, thus avoiding the need to go to various diverse companies which may dilute our brand consistency."

All our hard work has just been rewarded with a fantastic accolade. We have been named in 2009's Recommended Agency Register (RAR), with a staggering score of 98%.
